Community Service

As a Phoenix, Arizona law firm, Jennings, Haug & Cunningham maintains a strong commitment to community service, a commitment that starts with the firm leadership leading by example. Over the years, Jennings, Haug & Cunningham lawyers and support staff have provided pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations serving the community. Our attorneys and staff are also personally involved with various community organizations, assisting the organizations by serving on boards, volunteering and raising funds. Some of these organizations include the Boy Scouts of America, Eagle Scouts, Girl Scouts, M.I.K.I.D., the American Cancer Society, Special Olympics, a Soldier's Best Friend program and the Volunteer Lawyers Program. Our attorneys are also involved in national, state and county bar associations as well as industry associations related to their practice, where they often serve as speakers at legal seminars and authors in industry specific and legal publications.

Creative Solutions

In 2003, Jennings, Haug & Cunningham opened its new Mediation and Conference Center. Equipped with state-of-the-art digital audio and video technology and wireless, high-speed internet and intranet connections, the Center supports the alternative dispute resolution processes of mediation and arbitration. Heading the firm’s arbitration and mediation practice are William F. Haug, with 35 years of service as a mediator and arbitrator in construction law and business law, and Chad L. Schexnayder, with a decade of service as a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem and more than twenty-five years of experience in business law.

Firm History

The firm originally was founded in 1937 with the partnership of attorneys James R. Moore and Elias M. Romley. Curtis A. Jennings joined the firm as an associate in 1963, later becoming a named partner, and then of counsel, before passing away in October 2011.  William F. Haug joined the firm as a partner. In 1998, John R. (Jack) Cunningham became a named partner and the firm's name was changed to its current configuration, Jennings, Haug & Cunningham.

The law firm of Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, LLP serves businesses and individual clients in Phoenix and throughout the state of Arizona, including the greater metropolitan Phoenix area, Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott and we accept select cases in the southwest United States, California and Nevada.
