The Phoenix law firm of Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, LLP seeks to deliver capable legal advice and superior personal service to a diverse clientele of businesses and individuals throughout Arizona and the southwestern U.S.

Each case is overseen by a senior attorney in the Firm, with support of associates and a professional administrative staff. The Partner-level attorneys at Jennings, Haug & Cunningham are seasoned, senior lawyers, fully capable of handling all matters from start to finish. Curtis Jennings, Bill Haug and Jack Cunningham are homegrown Arizonans, well known in the communities we serve.

Community Service

As a Phoenix, Arizona law firm, Jennings, Haug & Cunningham maintains a strong commitment to community service, a commitment that starts at the top, with William F. Haug and Curtis A. Jennings leading by example. We were proud to be the recipients of the Volunteer Lawyer’s Program award for pro bono service in 2004 and 2005, handling 15 cases in one year, nine of which involved complex real estate and consumer litigation matters. The Firm continues to engage in community service at all levels. Our attorneys are involved in the national, state and county level bar associations, and often are invited to be speakers at legal seminars and authors in legal publications.

Creative Solutions

In 2005, Jennings, Haug & Cunningham opened its new Mediation and Conference Center. Equipped with state-of-the-art digital audio and video technology and wireless, high-speed internet and intranet connections, the Center supports the alternative dispute resolution processes of mediation and arbitration. Heading the Firm’s Arbitration and Mediation practice are William F. Haug, with 35 years of service as a mediator and arbitrator in construction law and business law, and Chad L. Schexnayder, with a decade of service as a Superior Court Judge pro tem and twenty years of experience in business law.

Firm History

The Firm originally was founded in 1937 with the partnership of attorneys James R. Moore and Elias M. Romley. Curtis A. Jennings joined the Firm as an associate in 1963, later becoming a named partner, and then of counsel. In 1981, William F. Haug joined the Firm as a partner. In 1998, John R. (Jack) Cunningham became a named partner and the Firm's name was changed to its current configuration, Jennings, Haug & Cunningham.
