Anita S. Phillips graduated from the University of North Dakota (B.A. English - Education 1983) and the Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Training with a paralegal certificate in 1990. She has 15 years of experience in civil litigation and in the management and organization of document-intensive litigation. She is a member of the Arizona Paralegal Association.
