Mr. Mitchell has practiced in the area of commercial litigation for over twenty years focusing primarily on workouts, restructuring, foreclosure, asset recovery, asset sales, real property, litigation, litigation management, liquidation, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations. Mr. Mitchell has and continues to represent individuals and institutional creditors, trusts, debtors, Chapter 11 Trustees, receivers, liquidation trusts and creditor and equity committees in both state and federal court actions.

Mr. Mitchell joined the Firm as a partner in 2000. Prior to joining Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, Mr. Mitchell was a partner at O'Connor Cavanagh and at Jennings, Strouss & Salmon.

Mr. Mitchell graduated from Arizona State University, (J.D. 1985).
