Mr. Sloan is a commercial litigator whose practice areas include general business litigation, construction, surety, leasing, insurance defense and real property issues, as well as appellate representation. His clients include banking institutions, leasing companies, sureties, construction professionals, insurance companies and individuals insured by insurance companies.
Mr. Sloan joined the Firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2005.
Mr. Sloan graduated from the University of Arizona (B.A. 1993) and Arizona State University (J.D. 1997).
