Mr. Crown is a litigator with extensive trial and appellate experience in complex civil cases. His trial and appellate experience involves representing plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, professional malpractice, municipal civil rights, insurance bad faith, toxic tort and commercial litigation. Mr. Crown represents clients in all phases of litigation including jury trials, appeals, mediations and arbitrations.

Mr. Crown joined the Firm in 1994 and became a partner in 1996.

Mr. Crown is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S. 1978) and Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent (J.D. 1981).

• Multi-million dollar verdict against the State of Arizona Child Protective Services in the wrongful death and severe beating of two sisters ages 3 and 20 months. Together with Jorge Franco, and with the assistance of paralegal Sheri Sadler, Mr. Crown and his trial team obtained the largest Arizona tort trial verdict in 2004 in this case.
• Mr. Crown and Mr. Franco continue to represent individuals in wrongful death cases against Child Protective Services. They also consult with other attorneys on similar cases against the State of Arizona.
• Successful representation of numerous clients involving serious personal injury and wrongful death claims against various individuals and entities.
• Successful defense of numerous clients including individuals, corporate and governmental entities in a broad range of claims involving personal injury and wrongful death.
• Senior prosecuting attorney, Cook County State's Attorney's Office, seven years. Extensive trial experience including daily jury and bench trials and litigation of motions in cases involving capital and violent offenses, sex, narcotic, property and financial crimes.
