Mr. Jennings' practice emphasizes suretyship, bonding, construction, banking law, estate planning and probate. His practice includes jury trials and appeals in state and federal Courts. He has served as Judge pro tem of the Superior Court (1981-1985), and the Arizona Court of Appeals (1985, 1991-1992).

Mr. Jennings joined the Firm in 1963. He has been a partner since 1969, and was the managing partner from 1979 to 1999. Mr. Jennings had a second career in the military and is a retired Brigadier General, United States Army.

Mr. Jennings is a graduate of the University of Arizona (B.A. 1956 and M.A. 1959) and George Washington University (J.D. 1959).
