At the law firm of Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, LLP, we are noted for the exceptional quality of our service and the consistent follow-through that our attorneys and staff provide to every client. Each case is overseen by a senior attorney in the firm, with support of associates and a professional administrative staff. The partner-level attorneys at Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, LLP, are seasoned lawyers, fully capable of handling all matters from start to finish.
Our law firm serves businesses and individuals in Phoenix and throughout the state of Arizona, including the greater metropolitan Phoenix area, Tucson, Flagstaff and Prescott. We also accept select cases in California, Nevada and throughout the southwest United States.
We adapt our approach to suit the needs of each client because we recognize that a legal strategy used in one case may not necessarily be effective in the next. Each client's resources, operational requirements and future needs are taken into account in developing a solution. The best legal strategies, compliance programs and remediation plans are worthless if the client lacks the resources, staff or time to implement them. We make sure the solutions we work to achieve are reasonable and feasible from the client's perspective.
The firm was founded in 1937 with the partnership of attorneys James R. Moore and Elias M. Romley. Curtis A. Jennings joined the firm as an associate in 1963, later becoming a named partner, and then of counsel, before passing away in October 2011. In 1981, William F. Haug joined the firm as a partner. Jack Cunningham joined the firm in 1977 and became a partner in 1982. In 1998, John R. (Jack) Cunningham became a named partner and the firm's name was changed to its current configuration, named after homegrown Arizonans Jennings, Haug & Cunningham.
Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, LLP, maintains a strong commitment to community service, one that starts with the firm's executives leading by example.
